Most people underestimate how much work sits behind HR. Korsult exists to step in, lighten the load, improve the process, and keep the important work moving.
I am Esa, founder and HR operations consultant at Korsult. I have nearly 10 years of experience across HR operations, payroll, benefits, employee support, and people processes. I’ve worked in both corporate and nonprofit environments, where resources are limited, teams are lean, and the expectations for accuracy, compliance, and employee support remain high.
What I kept seeing was the same pattern. Important HR work piling up faster than people could realistically get to it. Processes stayed outdated, onboarding became inconsistent, open enrollment depended on one person, and too much knowledge lived in someone’s head instead of in a system. The work mattered, but there was rarely enough time, structure, or support to do it well.
Korsult is the answer to that: experienced hands you can bring in for a defined piece of work, and a small set of well-built tools for the times you would rather do it yourself.
I believe in working smarter, not harder. HR should be easier for the people doing the work and a better experience for the people they support. Keep the human in Human Resources, and let AI handle more of the heavy lifting.

Korsult was inspired by a chapter of my life that changed how I think about work.
Teaching in Korea taught me the value of adaptability, clear communication, and making complex things easier for others.
The name blends Korea and consulting — a personal connection to where the idea began, and a reminder of how I want Korsult to work: practical, thoughtful, and built to make work easier.
